Corporate Finance Director at a Leading Multinational Company

A leading multinational Company in Africa with interests in Nigeria is seeking for distinguished, reputable and well-grounded professionals to be based in Lagos. This Company offers a bouquet of services to a variety of clients with a focus on technologies.
With a mandate to increase its sales revenue and market share, the company requires top level, result oriented executives with high pedigree who have a track record of beating the odds.

Job Title: Corporate Finance Director

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Loan Syndication
• Leasing arrangements
• Provide investment advice, tactics and recommendations
• Taking a primary role in the planning, structuring and execution of any capital raising, or M&A activity the company is contemplating or actively engaged in.
• Capital raising
• Buying and selling of financial products
• Monitor the groups key financial performance indicators based on approved forecasts; and regularly manage treasury/cash flow plan across the groups operating assets.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree and professional accounting qualification. An MBA will be an advantage.
• 12-20 years’ relevant work experience in the financial industry
• Must have a good understanding of the energy and services sectors, including business strategy and operations, processes, revenue and cost components and drivers of the measures of profitability and return on investment for modeling purposes
• Work experience in an investment bank is preferred, but not essential
• Strong leadership and management experience
• Must be able to multi-task and work closely with individuals from a broad range of backgrounds
• Candidate must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications: and must be able to prepare/review complex financial models.
• Must have strong numerical, verbal and analytical competence
