Job Title: Shop Assistant / Cashier

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday- Friday: 9am - 6pm, Saturday: 10:30am - 6pm

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a hard-working, customer-oriented shop assistant to ensure the smooth running of in-store retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome Customers.
• Manage the store’s social media accounts and make posts as often as possible to promote brand.
• Manage all customer service inquiries, queries, and complaints.
• Identify customers' needs and recommend suitable shop items that best satisfy their needs.
• Assist clients in quickly locating the product they require.
• Addressing and resolving customers’ complaints in a professional manner.
• Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in relevant disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Very good with computers.
• Online marketing and sales.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to use the POS machine.

Salary
N85,000 monthly
