Job Title: Senior Consultant - Learning Solutions
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
The Senior Consultant - Learning’s responsibilities include organizational leadership, business development, research and innovation, assessing, planning, developing, and implementing learning initiatives. The position reports directly to the Head, Learning Solutions.
Responsibilities
Learning Initiatives:
Create and adapt learning curriculum for a variety of audiences and learning delivery methods.
Review diverse clients' learning needs, develop cutting-edge learning solutions to fulfil those needs, and ensure they are being professionally implemented across various sectors (Power, Telecoms, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Public Sector, etc.)
Design innovative learning delivery methodologies for the classroom, web conferencing and e-learning modalities. to create exciting learning experiences.
Develop project plans and conduct cost/benefit analysis to determine project profitability.
Collect & analyze data to evaluate and maintain high standards in the learning process.
Ensure superior quality across the learning cycle of curriculum design, development, execution and review.
Leadership:
Provide strategic leadership to the staff to support and enable the organization achieve its vision and mission.
Lead a dynamic and growing team, fostering an environment that stimulates creativity and excellence, rewards innovation, promotes collaboration, and facilitates teamwork.
Business Development:
Generate high-volume learning mandates across diverse sectors, including but not limited to Power, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Government, Financial Services, etc.
Develop and sustain executive-level business relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Developing and sustaining partnerships with relevant professional and business associations as part of a leads-generation network.
Others:
Identify, research, and track industry benchmarks, regulators, and other stakeholders, towards proactively responding to opportunities and threats.
Other duties as assigned by the Head, Learning Solutions.
Requirements
Academic:
Minimum of Master's Degree in any Business or Science-related discipline.
Other relevant certifications and membership of professional associations and Courses in Learning will be an added advantage.
Mastery of Online learning.
Work Experience:
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience.
A minimum of five (5) years experience at a senior leadership level.
A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on learning and development experience
A track record of meeting business development targets from across sectors such as Energy, Power, Telecommunications and the Public Sector
Leadership:
Solid organizational abilities, including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation.
Team-building skills.
Corporate Learning Curriculum Development.
Others:
Strong competence in Business Science.
Proven knowledge and skills in emerging areas in finance, risk, management, technology, governance, strategy, etc.
Solid knowledge and a good grasp of socio-economic and development issues across the globe.
Excellent interpersonal skills

High level of initiative and creativity.
