Job Title: Team Lead, Business Development

Location: Kado, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: H.BDM

Description

  • We are in need of an experienced candidate with knowledge of the world of Real
  • Estate Sales and Marketing. The candidate will market the company brand and properties and submit a report to the management on team performance.
  • To be considered for this role, you should have good analytical and communication skills with the ability to successfully seal deals.
  • Your job as TEAM LEAD, business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch
  • Products to clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities
  • Increase sales of the business
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors
  • Develop the business sales and marketing strategy
  • Create a sales pipeline
  • Supervise debt recovery processes
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
  • Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
  • Providing management with feedback.
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world of Real Estate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and other related fields
  • Further Education in this field and prior experience is preferred
  • Licenses and Certifications in related fields is an added advantage.
  • At least Three (3) years

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
