Brit Property Nigeria Limited (RC1404978) is a property development company incorporated in Nigeria by Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 and that the Company is limited by Shares. Our primary business interests are land, infrastructure/property development, land survey, property marketing, and estate agency.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to penetrate key markets.
  • Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organisation's goals.
  • Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.
  • Influence senior stakeholders within customers' organisations and premier buyers in the industry.
  • Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
  • Leverage innovations to maximise the revenue of traditional and digital assets and products.
  • Monitor changes in the industry and leverages them for business opportunities.
  • Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins to guide promotions and sponsorships.
  • Participate in forums to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and practices.
  • Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
  • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
  • Developing relationships with clients
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Maximising new business development opportunities
  • Overseeing a sales team review sales performance by analysing performance reports.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / MSc qualification
  • 4 - 7 years of work experience.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Good business sense
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Good IT, budget and report writing skills.
