Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Reporting to: Head of Product

Overall Description

  • The Account Manager is a motivated and adaptable team member who will grow and sustain the company’s customer accounts across Nigeria and Africa as we scale.
  • You will handle the day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts with a focus on growing your customer’s loans and deposits with the company.
  • They are responsible for Business Development, Customer Growth, Managing Customer Accounts and ensuring overall customer satisfaction with the company’s services.

Responsibilities

  • Grow demand for customer loan requests and deposits for all assigned accounts while maintaining 80% growth in loan and transaction volume.
  • Ensure swift and effective communication - email, calls, meetings, daily operations report to customers.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients to ensure growing demand for the company’s services and products.
  • Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day logistics operations with minimal incidents •
  • Lead operations coordinators to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Manage the operations teams, trips success teams and customer service teams, to ensure maximum performance and dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO on all matters of importance.
  • Manage relationships with all customers and other key stakeholders to your business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Science or Social Science related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working at a startup is an added advantage.
