Job Title: Head, Customer Operations

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensuring zero instances of service disruptions, largely accountable for service uptime, delivering seamless and high-quality services to our customers.
• Providing technical leadership to a team of highly trained and certified engineers.
• Defining and executing an operational plan with a clear budget, KPI, Results and resource constraints.
• Lead issue resolution efforts, showing exceptional leadership and superior customer satisfaction.
• You have complete autonomy and the support required to drive exceptional customer service, there will be no excuses for lapses
• Driving accountability with the team, ensuring everyone is on top of their game.
• Deploying, supporting and managing products scaling over 20,000 customers/service nodes.
• Maintaining logs of all required repairs, maintenance and monitoring, and warranty of products deployed
• Responding and resolving system faults according to Service Level Agreements
• Keeping work activities under budget with appropriate financial reports
• Resolving and responding to emergency call-outs round the clock
• Scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance activities in a professional manner
• Proper representation of the brand at every interaction with the customer
• Managing Customer Operations team.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent with hands-on experience using ERP.
• 7-10 years of related work experience.
• Proactive, On-point and Excellence personified.
• Hands-on experience with electricity.
• Sound commercial acumen, with a data-driven approach to decision making - an experience with P&L is desirable.
• Proficiency in Ms Project/Asana/Basecamp/Jira/Excel.
• Good communication Skills.
• Good Analytical Skills.
