We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Create marketing plans geared toward promoting our services to potential clients
• Developing new business improves product's marketability and profitability by researching
• Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
• Scheduling a list of organizations to visit for our products and services.
• Identify, manage, and follow up on engagement leads
• See opportunity and act on it, stay in close contact with the client
• Create and execute sales and marketing strategy
• Perform cold calls, attend product demonstration/ presentation to clients
• Build portfolio of products and services
• Prepare and deliver high impact presentation on products and services
• Generate and follow up leads for the company
• Must be target driven and result oriented
• Manage team members to achieve company goals
• Generate investments for the company

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND qualification (preferably but not essential background in Business Administration, Accounting, Estate Management) with 3 - 5 years working experience.
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must have good level of IT skills.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Marketing experience is an added advantage.
• Must reside around surulere, yaba or nearby areas.
