Job Summary

• The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the duties of the staff, expediting customer orders as needed, and maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• The Supervisor will ensure that all operations run smoothly on a daily basis.
• In addition, the supervisor is expected to deliver a high-quality experience to the customers and motivate the staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-day front and back-end operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Maintain quality control for all food served.
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience.
• Provide customers with details of products and services available.
• Oversee and ensure all health and safety protocols and standards operating procedures are adhered to.
• Seek ways to reduce waste and decrease operational costs.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Coordinate and assist the Operations Manager to train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks while ensuring all staff duties are performed daily.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Create a weekly staff schedule under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
• Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
• Supervise the records and daily transactions to avoid discrepancies.
• Manage product returns and exchanges.
• Prepare reports and facilitate reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Report and sort irregular transactions.
• Perform a wide range of suggestive selling tasks to customers.
• Answer customers’ questions regarding billed items.
• Assist waiters and servers during rush hours by packing takeaways and leftovers.
• Help waiters and kitchen staff when needed.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
