We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Osapa London, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Lead and manage the sales team.
  • Revenue generation and sale of company products and services
  • Meeting monthly set sales target
  • Developing sales and marketing strategies for Oneland Homes and Estates.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Customer acquisition and retention through sale of Oneland Homes . and estates.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding company products and services
  • Handling customer questions, enquiries and complaints
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Supervise the activities of the sales associates in Oneland Homes and estates.
  • Conducting Periodic training and product knowledge for sales associates
  • Prepare sales offer letter to clients.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM Database of potential clients.
  • Preparing business partnership proposals for the company

Requirements and Skills

  • B.Sc / HND / MBA / M.Sc Degree in any field
  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience in the Real Estate Sector is compulsory.
  • Proven leadership and sales management experience
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication .
  • Comfortable working with sales targets
  • Proximity to the Island is Mandatory
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
  • Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to network and explore business opportunities.

Remuneration
Very attractive + HMO, Pension and commission on sales.
