Job Summary

Responsibilities

• End to end responsibility to lead and implement growth marketing programs for user awareness and acquisition.
• You will lead and build on the existing user acquisition team for implementation of our growth marketing strategies.
• Plan, initiate and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and paid marketing such as SEM, marketing automation, multichannel marketing, social media and physical advertising campaigns.
• Develop an understanding of the crypto ecosystem and our existing brand further within the ecosystem.
• Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnership across relevant partners
• Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
• Create a communication strategy, to craft key messages on the benefits of our crypto/ blockchain products.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in building a brand with a successful record of delivering work with measurable impact on brand image and business results.
• A consumer tech background is highly desirable.
• Have a knack for both data and creativity.
• Proven track record of utilizing data informing innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalized into impactful marketing campaign execution.
• Experience working well with creative and business people, knowing how they need to be briefed and managed in order to deliver the most impactful creative work.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable building relationships and influencing cross functional business partners.
• Interest in crypto/blockchain/technology space is a big plus.
