Due to expansion,we require experienced candidates to collaborate with our dynamic staff members to drive the realisation of our corporate goals in the capacity below:

Job Title: Sales Representative / Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Manage in-store retail activities
  • Provide customer service and enhanced customer experience.
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide matching products and services.
  • Demonstrate sound product and service knowledge always.
  • Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand, as well as price trends
  • Understand/monitor local competitors and communicate business intelligence.
  • Identify, introduce and penetrate new prospects and other sales opportunities.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Perform direct marketing and sales activities as well as coordinate periodic promotional activities.
  • Generate B2B, corporate and bulk/wholesale sales where feasible.
  • Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
  • Monitor and report all other activities and provide relevant information for the management.
  • Produce daily and weekly reports.
  • Stock and inventory management

Specification / Requirements

  • At least a University Degree with 2-6 years experience
  • Experience in mobile communication device sales / retail business is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good written oral and communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to use own initiative.
