Job Title: Growth Manager

Role Background

• Must responsible for the marketing team and growth of the product and product numbers.
• Solid experience growing a consumer technology product.
• Must have grown a product to at least an additional 1 Million users with clear and repeatable strategies.
• Should be very sound on digital and performance marketing strategies
• Knowledge and philosophy of marketing should be sound. Grow KYC’d customer base by 100% with a 3:1 LTV:CAC ratio Increase gross revenue on the retail by 50%
• Increase retention by 25%The growth manager would direct the effort of the team, report to management and coach the members of the growth and marketing team to deliver results.
• Properly assessed our current resources
• Started testing out campaigns to grow
• Figured out which channel will be best for us to grow and achieve results.

Requirements

• At least 6 years in sales, growth, and business development for a consumer application or product with at least 3 of those being with a consumer tech or fintech product.
• Must have worked in Consumer technology,
• Consumer goods, FMCG, Fintechs
• Sales & Marketing skills
• Owning a revenue budget
• Digital and performance marketing Increase sales of a product Working to increase retention and reduce churn
• Working with tech teams to test and deliver solutions
• Directing below-the-line campaigns
• Fintech experience and crypto knowledge.
