Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to support the executive leadership team of the brand.
• The Senior EA / Chief of Staff will act as a key liaison between the executives and internal and external stakeholders, managing their calendars, communications, and projects.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, project management, and communication, with experience in the real estate and construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive leadership team
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and correspondence
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests and communication, ensuring timely and effective responses
• Support the executive team in project management, including tracking and monitoring progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring timely delivery
• Assist with research and analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development
• Manage and support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team
• Assist with the development and management of the company's annual budget and financial performance tracking
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners
• Manage the flow of information to and from the executive team, ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Mass Communications
• 5+ years of experience in executive support, project management, or related field
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and analyze data to inform decision-making
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
