Job Title: Analyst - Digital and Lead Management, Fixed Broadband

Division: Fixed Broadband

Mission

  • Collaborate in sales and marketing efforts to generate a robust lead pipeline aligned with business plans, quotas, and company objectives.
  • Responsible for analyzing customer purchase patterns, online retail sales data, market campaigns, and sales performance. 

Description

  • Engage online partners to follow up on e-commerce initiatives to drive sales.
  • Create tracking reports for promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with various departments on business development initiatives.
  • Optimize pricing strategies and promotional planning.
  • Evaluate performance measures against online sales targets.
  • Generate comprehensive online sales reports to extract insights, facilitate informed decision-making, and foster business growth.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns.
  • Generate new leads to increase brand awareness.
  • Create fresh lead generation tactics according to customers’ needs.
  • Follow up on leads and conducting research to identify potential customers.
  • Manage leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth.
  • Maintain lead databases and lead source tracking.
  • Submit marketing and sales pipeline reports.
  • Conduct client or market surveys to learn about potential leads.
  • Ensure an optimal customer experience for online customers.
  • Develop an on-the-ground feedback and survey mechanisms for broadband customers.

Education

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Advertising 
  • Fluent in English 

Experience:

  • 3 - 7 years' experience which includes:
    • Experience in project planning, sales/marketing or related function.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
    • Telecoms experience would be an advantage.
    • Experience working in a medium organization.
