Job Description
Business Development:

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and potential target markets.
• Develop and implement business development strategies and action plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers to foster business partnerships and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present compelling business proposals and pitch materials.

Business Analysis:

• Gather, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new business initiatives, products, or market expansions.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and actionable insights for senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline business processes, optimize operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, market research, or business analysis roles.
• Certified Data Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Strategic thinking, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and business intelligence platforms is desirable.

Remuneration
From N200,000 Monthly and above (based on experience, job knowledge, and qualification.).
