Overview
The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of sales representatives to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
You will play a crucial role in training and coaching the sales team, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales strategies.
The Sales Supervisor ensures the team's success by fostering a positive work environment, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our products.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Set sales goals, targets, and performance expectations for the sales team, aligning them with the company's objectives.
Monitor and assess individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance for improvement.
Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers, sales opportunities, and key accounts, ensuring effective territory coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and key stakeholders in the shisha and tobacco industry.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends awareness.
Coordinate sales activities, promotions, and events to create brand awareness, increase sales volume, and drive customer engagement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on market opportunities.
Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on team performance, sales trends, market insights, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Supply Chain, to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.
Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends related to shisha and tobacco products.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, fostering a culture of integrity and professionalism within the team.
Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role, preferably within the retail industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Solid sales acumen, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
A high level of integrity and professionalism.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with the shisha and tobacco market in Nigeria is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Remuneration
Salary:
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly (Abuja)
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly (Onitsha)
N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly (Kano).
