Job Description and Requirements

• Seasoned software sales professional with solid experience in the areas of Customer Relationship Management & Contact Center Management in Nigeria
• Proven experience selling Customer Management software solutions
• Experience in shaping and developing significant investment initiatives/projects of $US 1M and upwards, including business case development, detailed solution scope, implementation approach and plan, etc.
• Deep knowledge about the Nigerian market and software solution sale industry is vital.
• Ability to bring in insights about the emerging trends in FSI, ICT, and Services sectors’ buying patterns relative to customer management and contact center solutions is highly relevant
• Proven network of executive-level contacts within the Nigerian business community.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
• Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 8 years applicable experience including 6 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record.
• The candidate must have worked in the IT industry
• Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
• Proven problem-solving capacity, including needs analysis and business justification skills
• Self-driven and able to deliver results with less supervision
• Knowledge of IT and or Customer Management is desirous
• Local travel may be needed.
