Job Title: Well Intervention Engineering Services Officer

Responsibilites
Supervision of Well Services activities including pumping and stimulation, slickline and wireline, well head maintenance, well integrity and safety enhancement.
Organizing Service the Well on Paper (SWOP), Value Challenge Sessions, After Action Review and Preparing End of Job Reports.
Supervision of Well Services Operations both rigless and rig based. The role ensures that all operations are planned, budgeted and executed safely, also ensuring that industry best practices are employed to enable the most cost effective solutions.
Ensures that all operations are effectively reported and that the lessons are shared. This position ensures that that there is in place a report statistics on the productivity of well services crews to demonstrate effective utilization and optimum manning and equipment levels
Supervision for Well Intervention related contracts, ensure that the appropriate contracts are in place and that the appropriate contract resources are available to meet the requirements of all the client rigless and rig based well services activities.
Establish and enforce a standard process for job preparation, from concept to outstanding work list to approval to plan to programme and reports including responsibilities.
Establish and maintain a process and reporting system for reporting the operating efficiency of Well Services/Intervention activities and resources for both rigless and rig based operations.
Ensures that before projects reach the plan they are of optimum design, achievable, budgeted and resourced.
Establish and maintain a process for reporting costs for all well services/Intervention operations both rigless and rig based.
Ensures every Well Services/Intervention operation has a work pack including a programme and procedure detailed appropriately to the hazards of the operation. This is aimed at ensuring safe and efficient execution of the operation within budget.
Maintain regular contact with direct reports (Well Services Supervisors) to ensure that they are constantly aware of programme requirements and that the work is being executed to achieve these requirements.
Perform regular field visits to discuss Well services/Intervention team performance and ensure all team members are aligned with the Well services/Intervention and Production goals.
Maintain constant contact with customers (Asset Production Engineers, Production Optimization and Drilling Superintendents) to ensure awareness of their requirements and to ensure they understand the process for initiating projects.
Establish and maintain process for planning work and for statistical reporting of Well Services performance against the plan.
Qualifications
University Degree in Engineering
15 years and above in the relevant field
Must have a valid International Well Control Forum (IWCF) certificate
Valid BOSIET/HUET certificate
Valid Offshore medical certificate confirming fitness to work offshore.
Must be able to present a competence profile showing relevant experience in deepwater offshore rig
Round 1&2 Shell certificates or their equivalent
Proficiency in computer usage.
Remuneration
N500,000 - N550,000 Monthly.
