Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the organization's projects.
• The selected candidate for this role shall be essentially helping the company plan every aspect of our upcoming talent hunt reality TV show event and every other subsequent event.
• Therefore, this role requires someone with a good background in financial the and entertainment industries.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations, sponsors, and influencers
• Oversee the planning and execution of the yearly talent hunt contests
• Develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
• Create revenue streams through ticket sales, sponsorships, and other opportunities
• Build and lead a dedicated team
• Act as a spokesperson for inclusivity in the entertainment industry
• Develop and manage budgets for the talent hunt contests
• Manage digital marketing, content creation, and PR teams.
• Compile periodic reports on business development activities and send to the board of directors

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related role within the entertainment industry.
• Strong knowledge of the entertainment industry in Lagos and Nigeria.
• Proven track record in developing successful partnerships and sponsorship deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for diversity and inclusion, with a deep commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creativity and innovation in event planning and promotion.
• Proficiency in CRM, project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Applicant must necessarily be residing in Lagos.

Remuneration
N150,000 Monthly.
