Job Title: Call Centre Care Co-ordinator (HMO Nurse)

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

Attend to calls, SMS messages, WhatsApp and email messages from enrollees, providers and other stakeholders
Collate and document enrollee's information in relevant format.
Issue care authorization codes to providers and enrollees.
Resolve customer complaints directed to the Centre.
Vet claims according to agreed tariff and regulatory and company guidelines.
Negotiate cost of care to enrollees.
Provide customer with product and services information

Qualifications and Experience

Must be a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, or possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Nursing Council certificate
Proficient in Microsoft office
Membership of health, management or related bodies Completed NYSC
