Job Description

• As an Information Technology Inclined Customer Care Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and leveraging technology to enhance customer support.
• You will be responsible for combining your strong IT skills with excellent customer care abilities to provide a world-class experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Care:

• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and helpful attitude toward customers at all times.

Technical Proficiency:

• Demonstrate a high level of competence in information technology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by customers.
• Assist customers in navigating our digital platforms, software, and applications.
• Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication Skills:

• Communicate technical information to non-technical customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Customer Engagement:

• Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Promote our IT platforms and services to customers where applicable.

Continuous Learning:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer care administration with a strong IT background.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
