Job Title: Night Manager / Concierge

Job Description

• We are in search of a friendly and professional concierge to manage all guest services on a night shift. We’re searching for an experienced individual who can provide high-quality service to all our guests and understands the worth of superb customer service.
• The successful candidate will have a confident personality, enjoy networking with clients, and be equipped with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• In addition, you should possess a comprehensive knowledge of local businesses, travel selections, and entertainment scenes.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails, and other messages
• Record incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Listen to guests’ concerns and present reports to hotel management
• Provide luggage or check-in assistance when needed
• Welcome guests at the entrance and assist in verifying appointments or reservations
• Recommend local restaurants or attractions depending on guests’ interests
• Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
• Understand guests needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel
• Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
• Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents
• Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls
• Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; degree in hotel management or relevant field will be a plus
• Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage
• Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
• Ability in multitasking and time-management
• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 / month.
