A Logistics company (Bike Rent-To-Own) is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
General Secretary duties include but are not limited to the below-listed:

• Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
• Typing, preparing, and collating reports
• Filing
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases
• Prioritizing workloads
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
• Coordinating mail shots and similar publicity tasks
• Logging or processing bills or expenses
• Acting as a receptionist and meeting and greeting clients
• If more senior, recruiting, training, and supervising junior staff.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND with at least 3 years experience
• Must be passionate and energetic
• Must be able to communicate properly in English.
• Must be able to write properly in English
• Must be able to use the computer and social media tools.
• Must reside close in or close to Ogba.
