Job Title: Clinical Specialist (Dental Tech)

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a smart and value-driven dental laboratory technician who also possesses good selling skills for one of our top clients in the dental space.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for dental professionals seeking clinical support related to any of the Company's products and technology.
• Offer ongoing training and assistance to ensure practitioners maximize the clinical benefits of all the Company's offerings.
• Provide comprehensive on-site and virtual product demonstrations, webinars, workshops to showcase the features and benefits of the Company's service offerings to prospective clients.
• Conduct training sessions for dental professionals on the proper use of the Company's technology and products.
• Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the clinical skills of dental practitioners using the Company's products.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and share relevant information with the team.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies and contribute to the overall sales objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, orthodontists, and dental professionals, with an emphasis on those interested the Company's dental equipment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Dental Technology.
• At least 5 years of experience as a dental laboratory technician (or orthodontist).
• In-depth knowledge of dental devices, and related technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaboration abilities.
• Strong selling skills
