We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility and Administrative Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid
Industry: Hospitality

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facility maintenance and development.
  • Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
  • Liaising with a wide range involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety
  • Preparing monthly payroll with the accounting department
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits or dockings.
  • Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company’s uniform standards.
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Implementing a proper documentation system suitable for the organization.
  • Administering all local, state, and federal bill
  • Taking control maintaining of company assets and equipment
  • Oversee and maintain relationships with providers for cleaning, repairs, and maintenance services.
  • Oversee building projects, renovations, or refurbishments
  • On-site oversight of outside vendor work as needed
  • Coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance
  • Schedule hourly maintenance staff in designated restaurants
  • Audit invoices for scheduled and negotiated work
  • Follow up with accounts on payment so job orders can be closed
  • Ensure that restaurants meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards
  • Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies
  • Train restaurant management team on basic upkeep and maintenance tasks, vendor contact, oversight, and emergency procedures.
  • Coordinate with restaurant management regarding all facilities activity in the building
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 2 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 per month.
