Job Title: Senior Fitter - Roll Assembly

Location: Sabon Wuse, Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead the roll assembly team in the fabrication and maintenance of steel rolling equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to contribute insights for continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor junior fitters, fostering a culture of skill development and teamwork.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all assembly and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 7 - 10 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Fitter in the steel industry.
• In-depth knowledge of roll assembly and steel rolling equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Leadership abilities to guide and support the team effectively.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
