Job Description

• As a Sales Manager at Scientific Equipment Source Inc., you will lead our dynamic sales team in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the scientific equipment industry, and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, ensuring a strong market position and sustainable revenue growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain key client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data to create accurate sales forecasts, facilitating effective resource allocation and business planning.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Performance Analysis: Implement and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Recruitment and Training: Recruit, onboard, and train new members of the sales team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.

Salary
N400,000 - N800,000 Monthly.
