Sales Force Consulting - Our client is a major manufacturer of laundry soaps in Nigeria. For over two decades, they have launched diverse variants of laundry soap to the market from their production factory located in Bridgehead Industrial Estate, Onitsha. Their mid-term vision is to stabilize their operations, aggressively increasemarket share andgrow visibility. To achieve this goal, they recently diversified into cosmetics, relaxer, detergents and liquid and cosmetic soaps.

Due to the recent expansion and introduction of new product lines, they are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Manager

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of the factory operations towards quality products, market share increase and profitability
• Supervise the entire workflow ensuring all departments meet their deliverables
• Ensure the production achieve the company's operative goals.
• Facilitate the development ofnew cosmetic products and continually adjust the formulas for existing products according to market demands.
• Draw up production schedules according to demand & inventory level.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Set up operating and quality standards, production processes and ensure implementation.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel and identify training needs.
• Determine necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) required
• Enforce health and safety precautions

Qualifications

• Preferably a Production or Chemical Engineering degree or Industrial Chemistry
• 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.

Other Conditions:

• They must be very hardworking with high level of integrity and leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of supervision and administrationis mandatory
• Interview mode is physical not virtual
• Temporary accommodation shall be provided.

Remuneration
Salary: N200,000 - N400,000 Monthly (Highly competitive).
