We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Site Supervisor

Location: Karu, Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Safety Compliance: The site supervisor shall ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Participate in safety meetings, enforce safety protocols, and investigate accidents or incidents to prevent future occurrences.
• Security: The site supervisor shall collaborate with the security agents available on site to provide seamless access to authorized persons only during construction exercise.
• Communication: The site Supervisor shall serve as a liaison between the company and contractors on security and safety issues on the construction project. They communicate and/or escalate any safety and security related issues to the project Manager or any other personnel assigned.
• Documentation and Reporting:The site supervisors shall maintain accurate records of project activities relating to security and safety on site, including daily logs of visitors and incidents on site. He/she shall work closely with the security unit to ensure logs are accurately taken.

Other Responsibilities:

• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.

Requirements and skills

• ND/HND in Engineering, Building Science or related field with 0-1 year experience
• Proven experience in a construction will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office suites/Google Workspace
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 / Month
