• Create engaging content for online and offline platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
• Collaborate with real estate agents to understand property features and unique selling points for effective marketing communication.
• Utilize digital marketing tools to optimize online presence and generate leads.
• Deliver sales target through prospecting, closing leads and effective management of client relationship.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years experience in real estate marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
