Job Overview

• We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to fill the role of Elevator Marketer & Technician.
• This unique position requires not only marketing expertise but also technical skills in elevator maintenance and repair.
• The Elevator Marketer & Technician will be responsible for promoting our elevator products and services while also providing technical support and assistance to clients.
• This role demands a combination of marketing acumen, mechanical aptitude, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote elevator products and services to potential clients.
• Utilize technical knowledge of elevator systems to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and maintenance requirements to clients.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess elevator installations, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling maintenance contracts, upgrades, or additional services.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the engineering or maintenance teams, facilitating communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Create and deliver technical training sessions for clients, focusing on proper usage, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including technical specifications, manuals, and instructional videos.
• Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements in elevator systems.
• Provide input and feedback to product development teams based on client feedback and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and technical support activities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 5 years relevant work experience.
