Job Title: Training Development Marketer
Location: Area 11, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary
The Training Development Marketer will be responsible for identifying training needs and securing leads and various training opportunities for the company within the private and public sector.
This role requires extensive experience in networking, negotiation, and communication skills to establish partnerships with relevant organizations and stakeholders.
To identify training needs, create specialised programmes, and make sure training initiatives are carried out, you will be required to collaborate closely with stakeholders.
Alongside the inhouse team, you will also monitor training results, assess the efficacy of the programmes rolled out, and persistently new opportunities for professional development.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with department managers and HR personnel to assess training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps within the organization.
Research, identify, and evaluate training programs, workshops, seminars, and conferences that align with organizational goals and individual development plans.
Build and maintain relationships with training providers, educational institutions, industry associations, and other relevant organizations to negotiate favourable terms for training opportunities.
Work closely with stakeholders to tailor training programs to meet specific organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with employee skill development plans.
Manage all aspects of training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, participant registration, and coordination of materials and resources.
Coordinate the delivery of training sessions, workshops, or seminars, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for participants.
Alongside line manager, develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders.
Maintain records of training activities, attendance, costs, and outcomes, providing regular reports to management to track progress and ROI.
Keep abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in training and development to continuously improve program offerings.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in training delivery methods, content development, and program management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. Master's Degree or relevant certifications will be of advantage.
At least 6 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully sourcing and coordinating training opportunities.
Strong understanding of training and development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to collate, analyse, and interpret data to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing training needs.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
