Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Greet visitors, parents, students, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
• Provide information about the school, programs, events, and activities.
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Greet and welcome guests
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Register visitors, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Escort visitors to designated areas as needed and maintain visitor logs.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND qualification.
