Job Title: Sales Lead

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced sales lead to join our dynamic team.
  • The sales lead will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving revenue growth through strategic planning, effective sales strategies and exceptional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients, establishing strong relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Present our products and services in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales activities, performance, and forecasts for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.Sc in Sales or a related field.
  • 4-6 years experience in sales in service-based industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset, motivated to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Our Budget

  • N350,000 - N450,000 per month.
