We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Information Technology Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Duties

• Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware.
• Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
• Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans.
• Developing user manuals, as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.
• Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.
• Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring users receives refresher training as well.
• In this role, your duties will include, providing first-level support on all IT related issues, ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data.

Desired Qualifications / Preferred Competencies

• B.Sc/HND in Computer Science or relevant field
• 2- 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
• Very good communication abilities
• Strong Networking and troubleshooting knowledge
• Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
• Relevant certifications will be an advantage
• Able to work independently as well as team player in a multi-cultural and challenging environment.
• The ideal candidate will be able to work diligently and accurately and will possess great problem-solving ability in order to fix issues timely and ensure functionality
