Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Store Sales Merchandisers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our fashion products both in-store and online, while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
This role involves achieving sales targets, managing merchandise presentation, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of our customer base.

Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company fashion products in-store and online.
Achieve sales targets set by team lead/supervisor within designated timeframes.
Maintain the presentation and organization of merchandise in the store through stocking and re-stocking.
Provide regular updates on sales performance to the Head of Sales and prepare daily sales reports.
Manage and maintain the store's social media channels to engage with customers and promote products.
Cultivate positive relationships with customers, managing after-sales inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Contribute to growing and expanding the company's customer base through effective sales strategies.
Collect data and generate reports on customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and store activities in compliance with company policies.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Utilize sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and deep-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
Address customer questions, complaints, and recommendations in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate complex customer issues to your team lead/supervisor for resolution.
Stay informed about industry best practices, promotional trends, and competitor activities.
Actively seek feedback and strive for personal and professional development to enhance sales performance.
Develop and maintain detailed records of sales, meetings, calls, and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
Prerequisite academic qualifications, Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
Experience:
Previous experience in retail sales or merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry.
