We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Lead

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for sales, a proven track record of success, strong leadership skills and must have existing direct sales agents

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management on key metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving growth.
  • Experience in the [specific sector] industry is preferred but not required.
  • Must have existing direct sales agents.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly
