Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos State
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you play a key role in revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as expanding relationships with existing clients. The company’s sales executives are highly motivated, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of the Supply Chain industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our organizations Platform offering.
  • Conduct presentations to showcase the value proposition of our organizations Commerce offering.
  • Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, negotiating terms and contracts as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently delivering strong sales performance.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, technology solutions, and sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership for achieving sales accountability and ownership for achieving sales goal
