Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and trustworthy Field Sales Officerto drive our business activities, cultivate strong customer relationships,bring in new B2B clients, and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Spearhead the expansion of sales for our market-leading software ERP products.
Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic networking, prospecting, and proactive lead generation efforts.
Sales Conversions: Convert leads into satisfied customers by effectively presenting the compelling benefits and features of our software solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture robust customer relationships to ensure exceptional satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies to evolving market conditions.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular, comprehensive reports on sales activities and achievements to the Creative Director.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets to significantly contribute to the overall success of the company.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
Additional Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:
Administrative Excellence: Plan and streamline administrative procedures and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Information Flow: Ensure the seamless and timely flow of information within the company to support other business operations.
Time Management: Manage schedules and deadlines with precision.
Event Coordination: Arrange both internal and external meetings to promote business growth and engagement.
Data Management: Create, update, and maintain records and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports to provide valuable insights into business performance.
Requirements
Experience: A proven track record of success in sales and business development, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge: Familiarity with software ERP solutions or the ability to swiftly acquire a deep understanding of our product offerings.
Great Personality: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied by a charismatic and approachable demeanor.
Trustworthiness: Demonstrated reliability and integrity in nurturing customer relationships.
Self-Motivation: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative to drive sales initiatives.
Adaptability: Proficiency in adapting to changing market conditions and evolving customer needs.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and the effective use of CRM and sales management tools.
Education: A bachelor's degree or HND in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Benefits
N1,200,000 Basic Salary per year
Commissions earned for every successful deal closed.
