Job Title: Sales Analyst - Metal and Cables

Job Description

  • We are looking for a resourceful and results-oriented Sales Analyst to join our team.
  • As a Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support informed decision-making across our sales department.
  • You will collaborate closely with our sales team, leveraging your analytical skills to develop forecasts, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • This role offers the opportunity to showcase your sales analytical expertise and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to track performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
