Job Description

• We are hiring to fill the position of Clients Field Executive at our Yaba, Ogba, and Shagari Estate (Ipaja) offices. Island & Abuja offices are coming soon with a view to complement our operations of better service delivery and closer to our clients across Lagos and beyond
• This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the real estate industry (depending on the departments you will be assigned to) while intensive training will be provided on the job on a regular basis
• This role is exciting and highly rewarding for those who are go-getters and looking at building a career of a lifetime!
• As a company, we get hundreds of clients inquiries and requests weekly which simply means that you don't bother yourself sourcing or scouting for customers. We have an abundance of customers already and keep getting them daily. Therefore, THIS IS NOT A ‘MARKETING’ POSITION!

Requirements

• Qualification of SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc / M.Sc and other academic qualifications accepted.
• Passion for fieldwork
• Passion for Real Estate business & International travel businesses (depending on the department you would be assigned)
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation and networking skills
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and drive
• Ethical behavior

Experience:

While the position is open to individuals with little or no working experience, it is also ideal for individuals with working experience in the following work categories:

• Banking (Retail, Commercial, Loan Servicing, Estate/Portfolio Management, Deposit or Marketing & Sales)
• Insurance Sales / Marketing
• Real Estate Industry (As an Agent, Realtor, Marketer, Broker, etc)
• Dispatch Riders (Former & Current) - Your extensive knowledge of geographical field coverage and location gives you an excellent edge in this role
• General Business Operations, Marketing, and Sales in various kinds of private and public organizations or businesses.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 monthly
