Job Title: Company Driver

Description
The Company Driver will playa critical role in providing safe and reliable transportation services to the CEO. They are responsible for ensuring the CEO's timely arrival at various destinations, including meetings, appointments, and site visits, while prioritizing safety, comfort, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Safe and Reliable Transportation: Safely drive the CEO to and from designated locations, including offices, meetings, events, and construction sites, while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
Route Planning: Plan and optimize driving routes to ensure timely arrival at scheduled destinations, considering factors such as traffic conditions, road closures, and construction activities.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks on the vehicle, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall condition, and coordinate vehicle repairs or servicing as needed.
Security and Safety: Ensure the safety and security of the CEO during transportation, including implementing defensive driving techniques, maintaining vehicle security, and assisting in emergency situations.
Professionalism and Courtesy: Provide courteous and professional assistance to the CEO and other passengers, including opening doors, assisting with belongings, and maintaining a clean and tidy vehicle interior.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with the CEO and administrative staff to coordinate schedules, confirm appointments, and provide updates on transportation arrangements.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO's schedule, travel plans, and other sensitive information.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities, and submit timely reports as required.
Flexibility: Adapt to changes in the CEO's schedule and transportation requirements, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends or holidays.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to the CEO and represent the construction firm in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Safety Record: Measure the number of accidents, traffic violations, or incidents during transportation.
Punctuality: Assess the percentage of on-time arrivals to scheduled destinations.
Vehicle Maintenance: Monitor vehicle maintenance records and compliance with maintenance schedules.
Client Satisfaction: Solicit feedback from the CEO regarding satisfaction with transportation services.
Communication Effectiveness: Evaluate the timeliness and accuracy of communication with the CEO and administrative staff.
Confidentiality Compliance: Ensure adherence to confidentiality policies and protocols regarding the CEO's travel arrangements and schedule.
Professionalism: Assess professionalism and courtesy demonstrated in interactions with the CEO and other passengers.
Record-Keeping Accuracy: Measure the accuracy and completeness of mileage, fuel, and maintenance records.
Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in defensive driving or professional driving is preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience in chauffeur or executive driving roles.
Knowledge of local traffic laws, regulations, and routes in the area of operation.
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and basic troubleshooting skills.
Excellent driving skills with a demonstrated commitment to safety and professionalism.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with executives and administrative staff.
Prior experience in providing transportation services to corporate executives or VIPs is advantageous.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
Physical stamina and flexibility to work variable hours and adapt to changing schedules or travel requirements.
