Position Overview

  • As the Area Business Manager, your role is pivotal in overseeing and driving sales performance within the assigned geographical area.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a profound understanding of the FMCG sector, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. We are looking for someone who can contribute significantly to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to surpass targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, ensuring smooth business operations.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
