At LoveReigns Heritage Nursery and Primary School, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating educational experience for nursery and primary school students. Our mission is to foster a love of learning and support the holistic development of each child. As we launch our new school, we are looking for a skilled Administrative Officer to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As the Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks that are essential to our school's functioning.
  • You will work closely with the school leadership, teachers, parents, and students to provide exceptional administrative support and contribute to a positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the school office, including managing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized student records, staff files, and school documentation.
  • Admissions Support: Assist with the student admissions process, including processing applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, staff, and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate school events, meetings, and appointments, ensuring efficient use of school resources and facilities.
  • Supplies Management: Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, educational materials, and school equipment.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and coordinating with the finance department.
  • Support Staff and Teachers: Provide administrative support to teachers and school staff, assisting with documentation, scheduling, and other tasks as required.


  • A minimum of a National Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • Ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude and provide effective solutions.
  • A strong commitment to professionalism and a positive attitude.
