Job Title: Head of Human Resource & Client Management
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of Head of Human Resources and Client Management. This critical position will oversee all aspects of human resources, talent management, and client relationships, driving business growth, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.
The incumbent will position the HR department as a strategic partner who will provide strategic advice, guidance and leadership across the business on all aspects of the key risk areas of Human Resources Management
In addition, the job holder will lead the development and implementation of HR policies and programs, and also champion various change management, organizational restructuring and corporate culture initiatives.
Organizational Relationship:
Reports to the MD/CEO, supervise staff and liaise with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
Lead talent acquisition, management, and development
Foster a positive work culture, employee engagement, and retention
Manage employee relations, conflicts, and performance issues
Oversee benefits, compensation, and compliance
Client Management:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Lead client-facing teams, providing guidance and support.
Identify new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
Manage client feedback, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Additional Responsibilities:
Contribute to business strategy and growth initiatives
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational goals
Analyze metrics, providing insights to inform HR and client management decisions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
PersonSpecification/ Qualifications/Requirements
University Degree in Humanities Arts, Social Science or related field
HR Certifications – An added advantage, but not compulsory.
A strategic thinker, versatile, confident, creative and passionate about people.
Hands-on experience in change management, organizational restructuring and corporate culture management.
A tech enthusiast, able to use tech-supported tools or tech-enabled productivity tools to support business performance.
Ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to enforce company rules without fear or favour.
Requirements:
7 years of experience in HR and client management
Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
