Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will be a passionate and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the travel industry.
  • This role will involve managing a team of sales consultants, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and products to effectively sell to clients.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Set and track sales performance metrics, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and clients.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and leadership roles within the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including destinations, products, and pricing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must have Accounting or Travel experience
  • Strong attention to detail.

Salary
N200,000 / month.
