We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bartender

Job Description

• The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to hotel guests in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.
• This role involves preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
• The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology, customer service, and creating a memorable guest experience.

Primary Responsibilities
Drink preparation and Service:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers.
• Provide menu recommendations and engage with guests to create a personalized drinking experience.

Customer Service:

• Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the bar.
• Handle guest complaints or requests in a professional and prompt manner.

Bar Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the glassware, equipment, and ingredients.
• Replenish bar supplies, including liquor, garnishes, and ice, as needed.

Stock and Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain inventory of beverages and bar supplies.
• Assist in receiving and stocking deliveries, ensuring proper storage and rotation of stock.

Health and safety Compliance:

• Follow all legal and safety regulations related to alcohol service, including checking IDs and serving responsibly.
• Adhere to hygiene standards for drink preparation and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Courses / Qualification: OND
• Relevant Experience: 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role
• Required Age: 25-35 years

Special Skills & Key Behavioural Competencies:

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol regulations
• Must be resident in City of interest.
