We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Admin Officer

Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Officer to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales operations, and ensuring seamless order processing. 
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth product dispatch.
  • Handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and provide necessary support to the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, invoices, and other documentation as required.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent shortages.
  • Support the sales team in meeting targets by providing administrative and operational assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales administrative role, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of sales and inventory management processes is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant marketing/sales software.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Knowledge of FMCG, food processing, or frozen foods industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
