Job Duties
Social Media Strategy Development:
Create, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and target audiences.
Content Creation and Management:
Develop engaging content tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Design and create graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance engagement.
Schedule and manage regular posts across all platforms using social media management tools.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on time.
Foster community relationships by participating in relevant online conversations and discussions.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels.
Protect and enhance the brand’s online reputation by managing feedback and addressing negative comments.
Analytical Monitoring and Reporting:
Analyse social media performance using analytics tools to monitor engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness of campaigns.
Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders to assess impact and inform future strategies.
Paid Advertising Management:
Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and social media ads to increase visibility and engagement.
Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, and optimize budget spending based on results.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work collaboratively with other marketing teams (SEO, content, PR) to align efforts and share insights.
Coordinate with influencers and partners to assist in campaign promotion and brand awareness.
Trend Monitoring and Content Curation:
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
Curate relevant content from third-party sources to share with followers and keep them engaged.
Campaign Development and Execution:
Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with product launches, events, or promotions.
Track campaign performance and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and results.
Social Listening and Feedback Management:
Monitor social media channels for mentions, brand sentiment, and relevant industry conversations.
Gather insights from social interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Training and Guideline Development:
Develop social media guidelines and best practices for internal teams.
Provide training to staff on social media usage and effective communication on platforms.
Utilization of Tools and Technologies:
Leverage social media management tools for scheduling and monitoring.
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track performance metrics.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 2 years work experience.
Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 monthly.
